Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Generate sales leads and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assess and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers through open communication.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Achieve personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas.
  • Address customer complaints, offering timely and effective solutions; follow up to confirm resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and manage documentation.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed performance quotas.
  • Strong phone-handling skills and active listening capabilities.
  • Adaptable to various customer personalities and needs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Educational qualifications, such as a Higher National Diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications are an advantage (Preferred).

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience (Preferred).

Language:

  • Proficiency in English (Preferred).
