Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Generate sales leads and identify opportunities for growth.
- Assess and fulfill customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers through open communication.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods.
- Achieve personal and team sales targets, as well as call handling quotas.
- Address customer complaints, offering timely and effective solutions; follow up to confirm resolution.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and manage documentation.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer support or as a Client Service Representative.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed performance quotas.
- Strong phone-handling skills and active listening capabilities.
- Adaptable to various customer personalities and needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
- Educational qualifications, such as a Higher National Diploma or equivalent.
- Certifications are an advantage (Preferred).
Experience:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience (Preferred).
Language:
- Proficiency in English (Preferred).
