Full Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Customer Service Specialist with expertise in the automotive sector to join our team. This remote role involves delivering exceptional support for our D2C brand, primarily on the Amazon platform, with additional responsibilities on eBay and Walmart.
Core Responsibilities
- Monitor inboxes to assist customers, respond to inquiries, and escalate issues as needed.
- Troubleshoot account health and seller support issues.
- Address customer inquiries within 12 hours.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to educate customers effectively.
- Identify and escalate negative reviews to brand management.
- Manage returns and resolve billing or delivery issues.
- Resolve listing or product suspension issues and assist management with appeals.
- Proactively solicit and collect customer reviews to enhance Amazon listings.
- Create SOPs and FAQs to streamline responses and improve accuracy.
- Support other Amazon brand management tasks as required.
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of experience in a D2C e-commerce customer service role.
- Strong CX experience on Amazon, with familiarity in eBay and Walmart.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in the automotive sector or a similar field.
- Basic to intermediate Google Sheets/Excel skills for reporting.
- 1+ years of experience with professional help desk tools like Zendesk or similar.
- Proficiency with Slack and Zoom for team communication and coordination.
- Availability to work EST hours.
Nice-to-Haves:
- 1+ years of experience with project management tools like Monday or similar.
