Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at Brema Business Consult Ltd, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our valued customers. This role is available for both on-site and remote work, offering flexibility for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing customer questions.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback using CRM tools.
  • Assist with order processing, tracking, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in customer service software and CRM tools.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations professionally.
  • Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude toward customers.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
