Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in customer interactions.

Deliver exceptional remote customer service with strong communication skills.

Recommend additional GoodLeap products to customers.

Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.

Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
β
Escalate complex issues as needed to management.
β
Adapt to evolving business needs and complete assigned tasks.
Requirements
πΉ 3+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
πΉ Solar industry experience is a plus.
πΉ Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
πΉ Patience, empathy, and active listening abilities.
πΉ Ability to accept and apply feedback.
πΉ Reliable work ethic and adaptability to change.
