Position Overview
As a Customer Service Representative II, you will provide top-tier support to both external and internal customers in a remote environment. We are looking for a highly motivated, service-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced setting. Your goal will be to enhance customer relations and ensure a seamless service experience.
What You’ll Do
- Handle customer phone calls with professionalism.
- Support customers through online chat and email.
- Provide moderately complex technical support.
- Assist with webinar support for live continued education courses.
- Renew existing customer services and introduce new offerings.
- Work on special projects assigned by management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure first-contact resolution for customer concerns.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 3-5 years of customer service experience.
- 3-5 years of moderately complex technical support experience.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Familiarity with customer care concepts in the healthcare industry is a plus.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues independently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to adapt to scheduling requirements and work with minimal supervision.
- Quick learner with a strong understanding of company products and services.
