Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative II, you will provide top-tier support to both external and internal customers in a remote environment. We are looking for a highly motivated, service-driven professional who excels in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, patient, and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. Your goal will be to enhance customer relations and ensure a seamless service experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle customer phone calls with professionalism.
  • Support customers through online chat and email.
  • Provide moderately complex technical support.
  • Assist with webinar support for live continued education courses.
  • Renew existing customer services and introduce new offerings.
  • Work on special projects assigned by management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer issues efficiently.
  • Ensure first-contact resolution for customer concerns.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 3-5 years of customer service experience.
  • 3-5 years of moderately complex technical support experience.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with customer care concepts in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues independently.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to scheduling requirements and work with minimal supervision.
  • Quick learner with a strong understanding of company products and services.

This is a fully remote role, offering flexibility while providing excellent customer support.
