Your Role
We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our Early Childhood Department, focusing on content creation for RED and WeChat platforms. This fully remote position involves engaging directly with parents to understand their needs and staying on top of trends to deliver relevant, professional content.
Responsibilities include:
- Community Engagement: Engage with parents via social media to understand their needs and gather feedback.
- Trend Analysis: Keep up with the latest trends in early childhood education and social media to ensure content is engaging and relevant.
- Research and Development: Conduct research to support content creation strategies.
- Content Creation: Develop a content calendar for RED and WeChat platforms, producing high-quality posts aligned with our brand.
- Performance Analysis: Track content performance and refine strategies to increase engagement.
Working Hours:
Tuesday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PST preferred, flexible)
Required Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, with a strong ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Personality: Outgoing, proactive, and skilled at initiating conversations.
- Research Skills: Strong ability to conduct research and identify key information.
- Team Player: Collaborative, with a passion for contributing to team efforts.
- Experience: Previous experience managing RED and WeChat accounts preferred. Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.
- Language: Bilingual in Mandarin required.
