Job Description
As a Remote Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify applications that integrate seamlessly with our platform. Working closely with the founder, you will create scalable, high-performance solutions that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy Shopify apps to enhance user experience.
- Build robust applications using JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, and Liquid.
- Ensure apps are scalable, responsive, and high-performing.
- Manage the full app lifecycle from concept to post-launch support.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend Shopify functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and maintain app documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Shopify app development with a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in Shopify API, Liquid templating, and full-stack development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.js, React), Ruby on Rails, and databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design and mobile responsiveness.
- Passion for sustainable and eco-friendly business practices.
