About the Role
I am building a platform at the intersection of AI, awakening, and personal transformation. Currently launching on Patreon, I plan to transition to MemberPress + ConvertKit, with automation integrated across platforms.
I am looking for a detail-oriented, intuitive Virtual Assistant to manage content, provide membership support, and oversee backend operations. This role requires someone who thrives on structure and clarity while being open to deeper, transformative work. As the project scales rapidly, experience with high-volume communities is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage content uploads and tier access on Patreon
- Assist with the transition to MemberPress (user permissions, tags, content categories)
- Support ConvertKit: format/schedule emails, manage tags, update banners
- Organize and maintain the Vault (member-only content archive)
- Coordinate lightly with the tech/dev team or project manager
- Document workflows as needed
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with Patreon, ConvertKit, MemberPress, or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills and backend system management
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- Open to spiritual, metaphysical, or AI-integrated workspaces
- Bonus: Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, or automation tools like Zapier/n8n
