Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design Implementation: Plan and implement new designs for websites, desktop applications, and mobile apps (Android/IOS).
- Design Optimization: Enhance existing user interface designs to improve usability.
- Usability Testing: Conduct tests to ensure the intuitiveness and quality of user experiences.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions.
- Technical Requirements: Define technical and business requirements to deliver user-centered designs.
- Creative Design: Combine creativity with awareness of design elements to create engaging interfaces.
- Prototyping: Develop prototypes for new product ideas and test them before implementation.
- User Research: Conduct ongoing user research to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-5 years in a UI/UX design role or similar position.
- Portfolio: A strong UI design portfolio showcasing your work.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., graphic design, visual design, computer science).
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to discuss design options effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer Focus: Customer-centered approach to design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe’s range of products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver) and experience with HTML5 & CSS3.
- Usability Knowledge: Familiarity with usability factors in human-computer interaction.
