We are an established Recruitment company with over 10 years experience. As part of our growth plans, we are looking for a Social Media Assistant to join our team. You will be will be responsible for managing social media content across our group of companies, working closely with the marketing team to create and implement engaging content strategies. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for digital engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- Content Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages across platforms, fostering a positive community and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote company services, events, and initiatives.
- Visual Content: Collaborate with designers or use design tools to create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content.
Expected Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
You must be able to provide suitable references.
