Requirements:

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of commercial experience with React.js (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience working with Python or Node.js.
• For React & Python Developers: AWS, Next.js, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL experience is a plus.
• For React & Node Developers: AWS, Next.js, and TypeScript experience is required.
• Strong technical expertise: Ability to build projects from scratch and have a deep understanding of application architecture.
• Advanced English communication skills: Ability to discuss business objectives, justify decisions, and manage client communications effectively.
• Strong self-organization: You must be able to work remotely full-time with minimal supervision.
• Reliability and accountability: We count on you to deliver for us and our clients.
• Flexibility and adaptability: Be ready to onboard quickly and start delivering results after project acceptance.
