Your Role as a Remote Tech Recruiter
As a Tech Recruiter at FuturWork, you will be instrumental in acquiring top tech talent for clients in the Belgium market. This fully remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while managing the end-to-end recruitment process. From sourcing and attracting candidates to overseeing the selection and onboarding process, you’ll ensure we hire the best in the tech industry.

FuturWork is looking for a highly skilled Tech Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment. We need someone with exceptional recruitment expertise, a passion for connecting top tech talent with exciting opportunities, and a drive for excellence. Key attributes we seek include:

  • Tech Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of tech roles, trends, and required skills. Ability to assess candidates’ technical competencies and stay updated with industry advancements.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Expertise in identifying and attracting passive candidates using various sourcing channels and networks to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at building strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven: A proven track record of exceeding recruitment targets and delivering high-quality candidates.
  • Strong Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present opportunities effectively and maintain clear, timely updates throughout the recruitment process.

Performance Expectations

30 Days:

  • Familiarize yourself with FuturWork’s recruitment process and requirements for the Belgium market.
  • Source and screen a minimum of five qualified candidates for open positions.

60 Days:

  • Manage the recruitment process for multiple roles and successfully fill at least three positions across the Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg markets.

90 Days:

  • Propose and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and contribute to talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Tech Recruiter, ideally focusing on IT/tech roles.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing techniques.
  • Deep understanding of the tech industry and a successful track record in tech-related recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work setting.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and highly accountable.
