About the Role

Our design and marketing websites leverage a modern frontend built with React and Gatsby. As a UI/UX Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with developers and product managers to create and improve user experiences in Figma, React, and other tools. Your work will directly impact hundreds of thousands of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design seamless interaction solutions tailored to user personas.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather and refine user requirements for platform UX.
• Craft user journeys from concept to final design using tools like Figma.
• Create prototypes, wireframes, and visual design elements (menus, tabs, tables, widgets).
• Illustrate design ideas through storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Conduct usability tests, gather feedback, and make design adjustments.
• Tackle design issues on both the app and marketing site by writing JSX and advanced CSS.
• Document UI components using Storybook.js.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development for software.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Suite, and Sketch.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, React.js, and JavaScript.
• Proven ability to create visually compelling designs and user interfaces.
• Experience working with scalable design systems across platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SaaS and B2B application design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and decisions.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
