Job Overview

ModSquad is seeking skilled professionals to join our fully remote team supporting a prominent higher education client. The role involves handling customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS, to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Details

  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Sunday, 4 AM – 7 PM PT
  • Commitment:
  • Self-schedule 15 hours per week
  • 60-day commitment (as needed)

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Strong experience in customer support
  • Moderate technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
  • Personable demeanor, capable of representing the spirit of a college or university
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple applications
  • Experience with Zendesk (a significant advantage)

Workspace Requirements

To ensure optimal performance, candidates must have:

  • A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or above
  • Minimum 16 GB RAM
  • Internet speed of 50+ Mbps with an ethernet connection
  • Willingness to install ModSquad’s security software and a 2FA app on a mobile device
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone with photo-taking capability
  • Dual monitors (highly recommended)

Note: Chromebooks are not supported for this project.
