Job Overview
ModSquad is seeking skilled professionals to join our fully remote team supporting a prominent higher education client. The role involves handling customer inquiries through various channels, including phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS, to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Key Details
- Hours of Operation: Monday – Sunday, 4 AM – 7 PM PT
- Commitment:
- Self-schedule 15 hours per week
- 60-day commitment (as needed)
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Strong experience in customer support
- Moderate technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
- Personable demeanor, capable of representing the spirit of a college or university
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask across multiple applications
- Experience with Zendesk (a significant advantage)
Workspace Requirements
To ensure optimal performance, candidates must have:
- A dedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 10 or above
- Minimum 16 GB RAM
- Internet speed of 50+ Mbps with an ethernet connection
- Willingness to install ModSquad’s security software and a 2FA app on a mobile device
- Access to a webcam or smartphone with photo-taking capability
- Dual monitors (highly recommended)
Note: Chromebooks are not supported for this project.
