Your Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Technical Support), you will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely, accurate solutions.
  • Offer detailed information about our products and services with professionalism.
  • Update and maintain customer records, ensuring confidentiality.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • At least one year of experience in technical support and customer service (required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
