Your Role
As a Remote Customer Service Representative (Technical Support), you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely, accurate solutions.
- Offer detailed information about our products and services with professionalism.
- Update and maintain customer records, ensuring confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies to maintain service quality.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates who have:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- At least one year of experience in technical support and customer service (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with technology and customer service tools.

- Education: National Diploma (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in technical support (required)
