Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Account Representative, you’ll collaborate with a high-performing team and receive dedicated mentorship. Your main duties include:
- Handling inquiries from clients across the U.S. about various insurance options.
- Engaging potential clients over the phone, gathering essential details, and scheduling virtual meetings (Zoom or phone calls).
- Using proprietary tools to generate personalized insurance quotes, present tailored solutions, and close sales during virtual sessions.
- Managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to receiving commissions—typically within 72 hours.
