Summary:
As an Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for preparing existing members/customers for the migration to iVUE Connect – Service. You will leverage your customer service and critical thinking skills to assist with data cleanup in iVUE Service (SIS), provide training, support sales/pre-sales activities, and respond to member inquiries. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Connect – Service and iVUE Service (SIS) and a strong customer service background.
Essential Duties:
- Coordinate and execute basic software implementation project plans.
- Present software usage best practices to members/customers.
- Provide application support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and track Change Requests (CRs) to resolution.
- Provide after-hours call support as needed.
- Adhere to NISC’s Shared Values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Basic knowledge of business-related software applications and services.
- Basic understanding of the Utility or Broadband industries.
- Familiarity with Project Management processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic presentation and training skills.
- Strong telephone and email etiquette.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage expectations.
- Ability to analyze data for meaningful business insights.

- Basic understanding of change management best practices.
- Ability to travel 10-20% annually.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.
