Role Overview
As an Operations Data Support Specialist, you will be a key player in supporting the Managed Services Operations team. Your responsibilities will include maintaining data accuracy, managing customer inventory and recipe records, and streamlining operations within the Restaurant365 platform. Collaborating closely with the Associate Manager of Operations Data, you’ll help optimize workflows, communicate updates to customers, and enhance the overall success of operational data processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer inventory and recipe records within Restaurant365.
- Support regular data checks and updates in alignment with established processes.
- Assist in resolving data discrepancies and manage basic escalations under the guidance of the Operations Manager.
- Create and update process documentation and operational flowcharts.
- Perform routine data entry to ensure customer information remains up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other departments to align cross-platform data.
- Track and report routine metrics related to data accuracy and performance.
- Monitor and manage support tickets related to data maintenance.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment through proactive communication.
- Perform other tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications
Required:
- Familiarity with inventory software.
- 1+ years of experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or related sectors, or a strong desire to learn quickly.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high data accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with the R365 Operations Module.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
- Knowledge of ticket management software such as Freshdesk or similar.
