We are recruiting on behalf of a growing real estate investment company managing approximately 400 rental apartments across various properties. They seek a dynamic, tech-savvy Junior Social Media Assistant to elevate their digital marketing efforts and enhance online visibility for their properties.

Job Responsibilities

Property Management System Management

  • Navigate and utilize the property management system to:
    • Manage promotional activities
    • Track and respond to messages
    • Prepare and process initial stages of quotes and proposals
    • Support communication workflows

Facebook Marketing

  • Create and manage company Facebook listings
  • Design engaging property advertisements
  • Post listings in relevant for-rent Facebook groups
  • Manage initial customer inquiries, routing them to appropriate team members
  • Develop and maintain a professional commercial Facebook page

Rental Website Listings

  • Research and identify top property rental websites
  • Create and optimize property listings across multiple platforms
  • Monitor listing performance and engagement metrics
  • Prepare detailed reports on listing effectiveness
  • Continuously refine listing strategies based on performance data

Multi-Platform Social Media Promotion

  • Explore and evaluate additional social media channels for property marketing
  • Develop strategies to promote listings on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter)
  • Create platform-specific content to showcase rental properties

Reporting and Analytics

  • Generate regular reports on:
    • Listing activities
    • Campaign performance
    • Channel effectiveness
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills in English (Spanish or French is a plus)
  • Professional demeanor and ability to communicate respectfully
  • Experience or familiarity with managing social media accounts
  • Ability to navigate and learn new digital platforms quickly
  • Proactive mindset with innovative ideas
  • Availability to work at least three hours overlapping Eastern Time Zone

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of real estate or rental markets (advantageous but not required)
  • Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices
