We’re now seeking experienced and motivated Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to help us leverage that momentum and drive further success across large enterprises in diverse sectors.

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, focusing on enterprise accounts. The ISR will be instrumental in identifying and developing new business opportunities within major corporations across multiple industries. This remote work position demands someone with excellent communication skills, a passion for WordPress, and a commitment to surpassing sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads in the enterprise sector to build and sustain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify the needs and pain points of large enterprises across various verticals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Partner with the external sales team to devise and execute strategic sales plans that align with business objectives.
  • Present compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations that showcase the value of WordPress VIP solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and procurement processes in the enterprise sector.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, business development, or a similar role.
  • Proven success in inside sales, ideally within the enterprise or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Salary Range: On Target Earnings (OTE) of $120,000-$150,000 USD. Salary ranges are global, and compensation is paid in local currency.
