About the Job
We seek a Remote Events Manager to oversee our event strategy and execution. You’ll manage Truv’s participation in external in-person and digital events, handling logistics, speaker coordination, lead generation, and follow-up strategies.
Responsibilities
- Manage event logistics, budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Collaborate with internal marketing partners to align events with Truv’s brand standards and objectives.
- Develop regular communication with Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and maximize asset conversion.
- Drive demand generation through event promotion strategies.
- Leverage technology to enhance event experiences.
- Analyze event performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with brand and operational standards.
- Domestic travel up to 50%, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of event management experience, with 2+ years marketing to C-Suite/VP audiences.
- Proven ability to independently manage event strategies.
- Creative thinker with examples of risk-taking that yielded positive results.
- Experience preparing speakers, including senior leaders.
- Strong communication skills.
- Vendor negotiation, sponsorship contracts, and expo strategy expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Hubspot, webinar software, and event technologies.
- Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms.
- Budgeting and financial management experience.
