We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team and provide high-quality support to our B2C customers. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support through email and chat, assisting a diverse range of users.
- Take ownership of customer issues by identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.
- Understand customer needs, ensuring they receive a resolution to keep them on the field.
- Meet key performance metrics, including productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance.
Qualifications for Success
- Positive and friendly attitude with a commitment to delivering professional support.
- Strong technical skills, enabling you to assist customers of various technical backgrounds.
- Enthusiastic about helping customers find solutions and enhancing their experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven high performance as a Customer Experience or Tech Support Agent.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in SaaS or tech start-up support.
- Background as a parent, coach, or participant in recreational sports.
Compensation
