Job Overview
Join Shopbop, an Amazon subsidiary, as a Customer Support Specialist. This fully remote role requires at least 2 years of customer service experience and a passion for customer satisfaction. You will handle calls from customers worldwide in a virtual call center environment. Responsibilities include resolving issues, assisting with orders, and acting as a brand ambassador for Shopbop.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer support through email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Address pre-order questions on fit, fashion trends, product availability, and promotions.
- Resolve post-order issues related to shipping, billing, and delivery.
- Collaborate with external shipping contractors for domestic and international concerns.
- Accurately capture data and provide insights into customer feedback.
- Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service, luxury retail, or hospitality.
- Strong communication skills with empathy and integrity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish, Russian, Korean, or Japanese.
- Experience handling high-end merchandise.
