PadSplit is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive host engagement and ensure their success on our platform. This role involves providing personalized support, optimizing host experiences, and fostering long-term relationships to reduce churn and promote business growth. By proactively addressing host needs and challenges, you will contribute to a thriving marketplace ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Inside Sales Quota: Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities to meet sales targets.
  • Dedicated Support: Serve as the primary contact for hosts, providing assistance and troubleshooting challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with hosts, understanding their goals and property portfolios.
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze host data and offer tailored recommendations to improve rental and occupancy rates.
  • Proactive Communication: Keep hosts informed about platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Strategic Advisor: Help hosts maximize their value from PadSplit by providing expert guidance.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key metrics, report progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Host Life-Cycle Management: Oversee the entire host journey, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Expansion Opportunities: Identify and engage hosts with potential for adding more properties.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and nurture expansion opportunities to drive marketplace growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams to align strategies and improve host success.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with hosts and internal teams.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Commitment to understanding and prioritizing host needs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges and develop solutions that enhance host satisfaction.
  • Relationship-Building Ability: Skilled at establishing trust-based, long-term partnerships.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment.
  • CRM Tools Experience: Proficiency in Salesforce and similar account management tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track customer health, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the PadSplit platform and its features.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams.

The Interview Process

  1. Application review by the Hiring Manager.
  2. Video screening with PeopleOps (30 minutes).
  3. Interview with the Director of Customer Success (45 minutes).
  4. Interview with the Head of Sales (30 minutes).
  5. Offer stage.
