Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and client-focused Customer Service/Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for our client’s customers. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction: Warmly greet clients, communicate details about services, and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Appointment Management: Handle all aspects of appointment scheduling while maintaining an efficient and organized calendar for treatments.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage client records accurately, process payments, and oversee the inventory of front-desk supplies.
  • Service Promotion: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell treatments and products tailored to client needs.
  • Facility Presentation: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting areas, ensuring they align with the company’s premium standards.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Resolve customer concerns efficiently to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in customer service or a related discipline are advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, front desk operations, or within the aesthetics/beauty industry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling or CRM software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Professionalism: Polished and professional demeanor, client-first attitude, and impeccable appearance.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work evenings or weekends as required to accommodate client schedules.
