Sundays for Dogs is redefining pet nutrition, founded by a veterinarian and a software engineer. As a remote-only company backed by top consumer investors and the founders of Glossier, Sweetgreen, Ritual, Away, and Honest, we’re on a mission to help millions of dogs eat better.
We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Care Associate to join our Pack. This remote role is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing outstanding customer support with warmth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, SMS, chat, and email.
- Address inquiries related to products, subscriptions, orders, and account troubleshooting.
- Deliver a best-in-class experience while following company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation in our CRM and stay updated on company offerings.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics, including response times and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a related field preferred.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and professional in all interactions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Capability to manage high call volumes while maintaining service quality.
- Experience in subscription-based businesses is a plus.
- A love for dogs is a big bonus!
