About the Role
As a Chat Support Associate, you’ll engage with veterinary professionals to provide top-notch support on the Vetcove platform. You’ll assist users via live chat, email, and phone, ensuring a seamless experience for their purchasing needs. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support, responding to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot issues and explain solutions in a clear, concise manner.
- Manage administrative tasks like account management, item issue reports, and credit approvals.
- Collaborate with engineering, partners, and corporate teams to enhance platform features.
- Work with vendors and industry partners to optimize communication and alerts.
- Continuously improve support workflows and processes.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer-facing experience (chat support preferred).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Patience and empathy in handling customer concerns.
- Tech/start-up experience is a plus.
