Job Description
Automated Health Systems is hiring Quality Assurance Specialists for our remote Customer Service Team. While the role is remote, candidates must be able to pick up home office equipment from our offices in Pittsburgh (North Hills), Nashville, TN, or Columbus, OH.
The Quality Assurance Specialist supports the Massachusetts Contact Center by ensuring high-quality service across all interaction channels. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating customer interactions and identifying trends
- Recognizing top-performing staff and recommending training for improvement
- Monitoring changes in government programs and health insurance policies
- Communicating updates to management and internal/external teams
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced customer service representative (senior-level)
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Massachusetts state-based marketplace (SBM) or Medicaid is a plus
- Background in managed care, insurance exchanges, or ACA preferred
