Job Title: Appointment Setter – Debt Relief Solutions

Position Overview
We are looking for motivated Appointment Setters to join our remote team. You will make outbound calls to individuals who have shown interest in debt relief solutions, qualify potential clients, and either live transfer them to a Debt Consultant or schedule a follow-up appointment. This role plays a crucial part in connecting clients with the solutions they need while contributing to our team’s success.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads interested in debt relief services.
- Engage with potential clients in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner.
- Ask qualifying questions to determine program eligibility.
- Live transfer qualified clients to available Debt Consultants.
- Schedule follow-up appointments if live transfer is not possible.
- Accurately input client information into the CRM system.
- Maintain professionalism and positivity on all calls.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work United States Mountain Standard hours.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals.
- Positive attitude with a focus on providing excellent client experiences.
- Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
