1. Design and Commercial Engineer
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Technical Design and Engineering: Develop detailed technical designs, using CAD software and performing engineering calculations to ensure project feasibility.
- Commercial Aspects: Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering for designs, and participate in contract negotiations.
- Procurement Support: Collaborate with procurement teams, develop specifications, and evaluate supplier proposals.
- Project Execution Support: Provide guidance during construction phases, manage design changes, and assess their impact on schedules and budgets.
- Risk Management: Identify technical and commercial risks and create mitigation strategies.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work closely with other engineers and project managers to align design with project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 2 – 4 years of experience.
- Proficiency in CAD & CAE software (AutoCAD, PDMS, ANSYS, Aspen HYSYS) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
Salary: N100,000 – N120,000 monthly

2. Account Officer
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Manage accounts payable/receivable, process invoices, and reconcile account balances.
- Project Accounting: Track project-specific expenses and revenues, assist in preparing financial reports.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Help prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and report variances.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to financial policies, prepare financial reports, and assist in audits.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, coordinate forecasts, and follow up on overdue payments.
- System Management: Maintain records in the financial system and suggest process improvements.
- Inter-departmental Collaboration: Provide financial insights, participate in meetings, and align financial activities with project goals.
