Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers in need of assistance
• Use dispatching software to assign jobs to technicians
• Monitor job progress and ensure timely updates
• Communicate with technicians to provide job details and real-time updates

Requirements:

• Must have stable, high-speed internet for effective remote work
• Reliable computer and smartphone required
• Must be fluent in English and capable of handling calls professionally
