Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and driven Real Estate Consultants based in Nigeria to engage potential investors across Nigeria and West Africa, focusing on UK property investments. This fully remote role requires building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients who are interested in expanding their investment portfolios.

Experience Level: Mid-level
Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Investor Outreach: Identify and connect with potential investors in Nigeria with the financial capacity for UK property investments.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals, and offering tailored property solutions.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about the UK property market and our offerings, effectively communicating investment opportunities.
  • Client Support: Guide investors through the entire investment process, providing excellent service and addressing concerns.
  • Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on outreach activities, leads, and successful conversions to management.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Real Estate: A deep interest in property investments and the motivation to thrive in a competitive market.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage high-net-worth individuals.
  • Networking Ability: Proven skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a remote work environment.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to attend meetings or events when necessary.
