We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Students Recruitment Officer to remotely promote our study abroad programs. If you have a strong background in sales, marketing, lead generation, and sales conversion, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and promote study abroad programs to prospective students.
• Generate and follow up on leads from interested candidates.
• Assist students through the entire admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
• Provide detailed information on programs, application procedures, and financial aid options.
• Build relationships with students to address concerns and convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and track enrollment progress.
• Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, and sales conversion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with the study abroad process is advantageous.
• Results-driven, with a focus on achieving enrollment targets.
• Experience in education or related fields is a plus.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based role, with a competitive commission of ₦300,000 for each successful enrollment.
