Job Summary:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage difficult conversations calmly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
