About the Role
We’re looking for a highly skilled and innovative Digital Product Design Manager who thrives in remote work settings to lead our team in developing user-centric digital products. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with expertise in UX/UI design, a passion for tackling complex user challenges, and a proven track record in managing and mentoring design teams.

This role will work closely with cross-functional teams—product management, engineering, and marketing—to drive the design vision, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a global design team to create engaging and intuitive digital products.
  • Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to align design strategy with business goals.
  • Drive the end-to-end UX/UI design process, from wireframing to user testing, ensuring a consistent experience across platforms.
  • Utilize your strong design portfolio, demonstrating expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and design methodologies.
  • Leverage leadership skills to inspire the design team while ensuring adherence to best practices in design and project management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years in digital product design, with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Strong UX/UI design portfolio and proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with wireframing, user testing, and responsive design—especially for mobile platforms.
  • Proven leadership and mentorship skills in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Passionate about the latest design trends and emerging technologies.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $195,000
  • Base + Bonus Target: $260,000
