We are seeking a dedicated and organized Data Entry Clerk for a fully remote role. You will be responsible for transferring large volumes of information into our new database and ensuring our records are consistently updated with new data. Attention to detail is crucial as you will review data for accuracy before inputting it into our system. Efficiency is key, as we expect you to complete tasks quickly and accurately. While prior data entry experience is preferred, we are open to training motivated candidates.

Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities

  • Transfer data from various sources into the new database.
  • Update databases and records as new information becomes available.
  • Correct and modify inaccurate files and records.
  • Ensure data security by following backup procedures and conducting regular checks.
  • Organize paper formats, backups, and source files as necessary.

Data Entry Clerk Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong typing skills with accuracy; knowledge of touch typing is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.

This is a remote work opportunity, available only to candidates based in the United States.
