Job Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist walk-in clients, offering professional and courteous service.
• Provide detailed information regarding logistics services, pricing, and delivery options.
• Address customer inquiries related to parcel registration, collection, and general logistics procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure service issues are resolved and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Accurately process cash transactions, issue receipts, and maintain an organized cash register.
• Follow company policies regarding financial transactions.
• Register parcels efficiently into the system, ensuring accurate input of customer details, parcel specifics, and delivery instructions.
• Verify customer identification and collect required details for registration.
• Facilitate smooth parcel collections by verifying customer details and handing over the correct parcels.
• Adhere to parcel release protocols and document any discrepancies.
• Work with the Central Processing Station (CPS) and Resolutions teams to ensure timely and accurate parcel deliveries.
• Assist in managing logistics at the station, including organizing parcels for dispatch and tripping.
• Stay updated on logistics processes and communicate any changes to the team.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, focusing on efficient parcel registration and collection, while ensuring a seamless experience at our station.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday (with one day off per week)
• Morning Shift: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Utako Address: GOUBA Plaza, 15 A. E. Ekukinam Street, Utako District, Abuja
• Jibowu Address: 2 Jibowu Street, along Ikorodu Expressway, Jibowu, Lagos
• Ajah Address: KM 22, Epe – Expressway, Abraham Adesanya Est. Junction, Ajah, Lagos
