Job Summary

The Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) Program is a critical part of our talent pipeline, designed to develop future leaders and prepare them to steer the company forward. Since its launch, the GMT program has led to over 2,300 hires globally, many of whom have made a significant impact. We are excited to continue growing top talent as we work toward our goal of creating a future with more celebrations.

We seek individuals eager for a dynamic, multifunctional career, with a strong desire to learn and grow in different areas of the business.

What GMTs Can Expect in Their First 10 Months:

  • Three-month rotations across core business functions aligned with our three strategic pillars, typically in Marketing, Sales or Tech, and Supply/Logistics.
  • Hands-on projects addressing real business challenges in these key areas.
  • Participation in the “Cheers! Festival” (Global Induction), where GMTs will hear directly from senior leaders about the company’s strategy and network with peers globally.
  • Access to a worldwide GMT alumni network.
  • Opportunities for experiences across different locations within the zone (mobility is essential).
  • Formal mentoring and access to specialized learning and development (L&D) resources.
  • Exclusive interactions with senior leadership.
  • Career tracking by People Continuity and Talent Management teams.
  • Placement in a front-line role upon program completion, with an open mind towards diverse career paths.

Qualifications & Experiences:

  • A completed bachelor’s degree by the start of the program, with a preference for STEM disciplines.
  • A maximum of 3 years of formal full-time work experience (internships, short contracts, and co-op experiences excluded).
  • Studying toward a Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip), Business Administration, or Master’s degree (or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • Legal work authorization and full citizenship in the country of application.
  • Completion of National Youth Service (for Nigerian citizens).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Full mobility—candidates must be open to relocating for work as opportunities arise.
