Responsibilities
As our Remote Customer Care Representative, you will inspire customer loyalty and significantly enhance the overall customer experience for State Farm Insurance. Your duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls and greeting clients.
  • Establishing and nurturing customer relationships, with follow-ups as needed.
  • Providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance options.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and stressful situations effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer and internet skills, along with familiarity with veterinary terms/procedures.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (required).
