About the Role
OnsiteHub is seeking a proactive Operations & Marketing Generalist to enhance business efficiency, optimize internal workflows, and drive marketing initiatives. This remote role will provide key support to the Founder, enabling them to focus on growth, networking, and strategy while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee administrative functions to eliminate bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are actively maintained and integrated.
- Develop and refine SOPs, leveraging automation, AI tools, and platforms like Coda.
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold an exceptional customer experience.
- Foster a proactive, solutions-oriented approach within the team.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in operations management, executive support, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with expertise in process optimization and automation.
- Hands-on experience managing freelancers and external partners.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to empower the team.
- Tech-savvy, with knowledge of Coda, AI automation, and workflow optimization tools.
- Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
