Overview

Omni is looking for independent contractors to provide customer support for Fortune 500 companies. As a remote call center agent, you will handle inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails, assisting customers with their inquiries.

Schedule & Flexibility

  • ⏰ Work primarily during weekdays and daytime hours
  • 🗓️ Set your own schedule for maximum flexibility

Earnings & Incentives

  • 💵 Pay varies by client, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour
  • 📞 Compensation is based on your time spent assisting customers
  • 🤑 Performance-based incentives may be available

Skills & Qualifications

  • 💬 Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • ✅ Customer service experience with a proven ability to deliver excellent support
  • 🧐 Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
  • 🤗 Friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor
  • 🙌 Self-motivated and proactive
  • 👩‍💻 Comfortable using technology and customer support software

Technology & Equipment Requirements

  • 🚪 Quiet, secure home office space
  • 💻 Personal computer with 8GB RAM or more (tablets & Chromebooks not allowed)
  • 🎧 Wired USB headset with a microphone
  • 💨 High-speed wired internet (minimum 10 Mbps download speed)
  • 🪟 Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients accept AppleOS)
  • 👾 Up-to-date antivirus software
  • 🤳 Smartphone or tablet for authentication purposes

Independent Contractor Role

This is a contract position. As an independent contractor, you will not receive employee benefits such as paid leave, health insurance, or retirement plans. Taxes will not be withheld from your earnings.
