In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information on our insurance policies. Utilizing phone, email, and online chat, you will ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, and claims.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist clients with filing insurance claims, including documentation guidance.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about product offerings, pricing, and promotions.
- Uphold a professional and positive demeanor in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in a virtual or remote setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, customer service tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
