Job Summary

Mediakraze Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Virtual Assistant/Data Entry Specialist to provide administrative support and ensure accurate data management. Responsibilities include data entry, record maintenance, and general administrative tasks. Strong computer skills and excellent communication are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and manage data across various databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update records regularly.
  • Perform data cleansing and deduplication.
  • Generate reports and summaries from collected data.
  • Manage email correspondence and organize inboxes efficiently.
  • Prepare and format documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Answer phone calls and provide remote customer support.
  • Conduct online research and compile relevant information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in remote data entry and administrative support.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
