Job Summary:
We are seeking a tech-savvy, customer-focused Virtual Chat Assistant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service through online chat platforms, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Deliver accurate and timely responses to customer questions via online chat.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide information about our products and services.
- Data Entry: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product information, company policies, and procedures to offer accurate guidance to customers.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless remote customer service experience.
- Achieve Targets: Meet personal and team performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
