ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Technical Customer Success Specialist, you will:
✅ Handle customer inquiries from start to resolution.
✅ Develop strategies to improve customer experience.
✅ Collaborate with the development team to enhance the end-user journey.
✅ Maintain relationships with existing customers while onboarding new ones.
✅ Provide technical and non-technical support across various channels.
✅ Conduct webinars and demo calls for customer onboarding.
✅ Manage premium and enterprise customer accounts.
✅ Optimize customer support processes and contribute to FAQ updates.

REQUIREMENTS

🔹 4+ years of experience as a Relationship or Account Manager.
🔹 3+ years in technical customer support, ideally within SaaS.
🔹 Strong understanding of SaaS technology, backend, or web development.
🔹 Experience tracking customer support KPIs.
🔹 Proficiency in Google Suite, Jira, and other customer support tools.
🔹 Familiarity with URL shortening concepts is a plus!
