About the Role
Empowerly seeks a Remote Startup Internship Program Coordinator to support our Startup Internship Program (SIP). This program connects students with global career opportunities, helping them enhance their resumes, explore career paths, and develop professional skills. The role involves collaboration with students, families, and companies to ensure seamless internship cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between students and companies, assisting families and participants.
- Create learning content, such as surveys, FAQs, and orientation materials, for each internship cycle.
- Collect and analyze feedback from students and companies.
- Develop post-mortem reports to identify successes and improvement opportunities.
- Support the SIP Program Manager with tasks like data entry and content creation to maintain smooth program operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled at a top 25 university.
- Available for 15-20 hours per week, including non-traditional hours.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment with reliable internet access.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Emotional intelligence, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk and HubSpot CRM.
- Experience with data entry and spreadsheet applications.
- Previous internship experience in high school or college.
- Innovative thinker with a fresh perspective and a results-driven approach.
