Job Summary:

Sancoj is seeking a skilled and creative Remote Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role involves developing and executing effective social media strategies, engaging with our audience, and driving brand awareness.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • OND or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience Level: Mid-level
  • Experience Length: 3+ years
  • Working Hours: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals
  • Manage and grow presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored for each platform
  • Respond to comments, messages, and queries professionally and promptly
  • Monitor, track, and report on social media performance metrics
  • Stay updated on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for consistent messaging
  • Build and maintain relationships with followers, influencers, and industry partners
  • Implement and oversee paid social media campaigns when necessary
  • Ensure brand voice consistency across all channels

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management
  • Proven ability to grow engagement and following across multiple platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with social media analytics and management tools
  • Ability to work remotely and independently while handling multiple projects
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles related to social media

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with paid social advertising
  • Background in community management
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing
  • Skills in photography, videography, or content creation
  • Experience using social listening tools
  • Crisis management expertise
