About the Role

Hightouch is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – EMEA to drive lead generation and contribute to the commercial sales team. You will engage with engineers, marketers, and operations teams through outbound prospecting, helping to build foundational processes and strategies. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, adaptable, and capable of connecting with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage ideal prospects through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the growth team to develop personalized outreach strategies.
  • Leverage creative methods to drive prospects to our free trial.
  • Contribute to refining sales processes and strategies within the SDR team.
  • Actively monitor Slack for new signups and engage them to schedule meetings with the sales team.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Self-motivated and thrives in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer or prospect engagement.
  • Interest in technology and data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000 OTE per year (70/30 split), location-independent under our remote-first policy.
  • Equity compensation in the form of ISO options, including early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
