Job Summary:
Sancoj is looking for a skilled Video Content Creator to produce compelling content for YouTube, social media, and tutorial series. This remote role requires a blend of storytelling expertise and AI-powered video production to create engaging long-form and short-form videos.

- Experience Length: 3+ years
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative video concepts aligned with brand and content strategies.
- Script, plan, and produce high-quality videos for various platforms.
- Utilize AI video generation tools to create innovative visual content.
- Edit and refine videos for a cohesive storytelling experience.
- Design eye-catching thumbnails and preview clips for social media.
- Optimize content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to enhance video strategy.
- Stay updated on industry trends and AI video advancements.
- Analyze video performance and apply data-driven improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in video production, digital storytelling, or a related field.
- Proven ability to create engaging video content that drives audience engagement.
- Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Synthesia).
- Strong grasp of storytelling techniques adaptable to various formats.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Knowledge of YouTube algorithms and content optimization strategies.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage multiple projects.
- A portfolio showcasing video work with a focus on storytelling.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects.
- Background in scriptwriting or narrative development.
- Understanding of video SEO principles.
- Knowledge of audience growth strategies.
- Experience with live streaming.
